Excellent service received from the team at European Car Centre! They booked my car in at very short notice, provided me with a courtesy car, dealt with the warranty company for me and fixed my car very quickly. Both Sham & Eve were absolutely amazing, such a credit to the business! Thank you!

Worst experience.I went last monday to get my car booked in for gearbox examination. I have told them that the transmission oil is leaking and i want to know why is that and also let me know if gearbox needs replacing or reconditioning.The mechanic Bally said to you have to leave the car with us as we have to take the whole gearbox unit out and examine the issue. So i booked my car in for today.This morning i have dropped my car and they kept me on waiting for 7 hours. So i went to the garage after 7 hours and my car was still parked outside ?At the end they taken my car in and put on ramp. Came back after 10 minutes and said to me " we have examined your car and there is oil leaking from the gearbox. I already know that the oil was leaking thats why booked my car with you to get it examined and tell me why is it leaking.Then they started giving me excuses and accusing me of not clarifying what i actually wanted them to do..long story short, they knew they misguided me. When i visited them last monday the mechanic said yes we can do gearbox repair and to examine we will have to take the whole unit out. And today they said to me we dont even do gearbox repair.And even after all this drama they had gutts to ask me to pay £40.Not paid a single penny for this terrible customer service.Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Just took my car yesterday to the garage for MOT. I turned up without bookimg but one of their technician, Satty agreed to take care of it regardless of their absolutely rammed schedule just to help me out. He is always very friendly, smiling, helpful and I can say the same of all their staff I have met. I am taking all my cars I have owned to their place in the past 10 years due to their Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Had my cam chain done on my juke,It was a lovely experience.All work to a really top standard too. Only 54000 miles but correct time.Changed my plugs on time as they felt they needed doing and they did need it.Totally satisfying team from quote to finish all Topps....my juke is lovely again...

No job is to big or to small for European Car Centre. They are extremely trustworthy and use quality parts.You can leave your vehicle with them knowing that it is in safe hands.Their prices are competitive and the staff are all knowledgeable. Tanvie and his staff went further than above and beyond to help me. From the first phone call to picking up the car after it was repaired they did everything they could to make it as stress free as possible. Eve was so helpful and treated me and my son (who loved seeing how the cars were fixed) like family. Shaz from the sales team also helped take the stress out of the whole experience. I cannot recommend this garage enough Lynn went above and beyond for me today! was able to fit me as soon as I called in the morning. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and quote was given so I knew exactly what was going on. She made me feel at ease after a stressful time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I did use Bosh Car Service once a month ago. It was a friend recommendation. Lynne friendly smile welcomed me and then everything got better and better: great work and very good prices.i didn't do any review (I am not a reviewer really) but today.....today i made an exception.A dear friend of us came for lunch today but he had an accident just before arriving. it was already 1pm. And it is Friday afternoon. A back Tyre was smashed, i went straight to see Lynne but she didn't have the tyre and couldn't be ordered till Monday. But Lynne being Lynne she went the extra "five miles". She called 5 different businesses but was unsuccessful. Then had the last thought and this time it all worked out.New tyre, alignment, checking all over, ready at 5pm. When my friend looked at the invoice he couldn't believe it.....less then half a price of what it thought considering the emergency.Nothing else to say.LuanaService: General repairs & maintenance
