Awful people terrible experience ! Who works somewhere and when asked a question about their diabetic prescription that they can?t or won?t supply replies ?no comment? ! Then wouldn?t let me have the other two items on my prescription that were in a bag in front of me just because they couldn?t or wouldn?t get my other item (I believe because of the cost factor of this new diabetic medication as they had managed to get it previously) even my doctors surgery were astounded by this too ! At least give me the 2 items you did have and refer me back to the Surgery, don?t keep replying no comment !!!! I would rather drive to another pharmacy than set foot inside this place again ! Disgusting behaviour!

Not only is the business based in a lovely old fashioned shop, but it provides proper old fashioned customer service. All the staff in Cheeseman's are friendly and very helpful, in particular James, who goes above and beyond to make sure my Mum has the medication she needs, when she needs it.
