“There appears to be quite a few negative reviews, however, I received nothing but great service when I ordered an Air Flow Meter for my BMW.Despite a delay from their suppliers, I can only state that both Frank and Jazz dealt with my order with courtesy and professionalism.I was kept updated with the delivery time, and true their word, I picked up the part at the time I was told it would be in the next day.Its easy to make a complaint, but fail to see the greater good in making a commendation..............because recognition breeds repetition.Well done to Frank and Jazz, you're a credit to Euro Car Parts, so please keep up the great service.”
