I have been going here for years. Today I went in for a thread and tint and asked for light brown. After wiping off the first layer of tint only half of my eyebrows were appropriate.I asked she redo them, in this time another customer came in and sat in the chair next to me, instead of waiting to finish my treatment she left the tint on for a while and she continued to wax and thread another lady, the tint was burning and I was also mindful my brows were going to be too dark (I?m blonde) I took the tint off and the woman then asked to finish me off. I was so cross that all they?re interested in is making as much money as possible by doing two customers at a time. I pay for a service and expect it. Not half a job. They also do not sanitise their hands between customers.As I paid I half expected a manager to pop up and rectify the issue.They didn?t!!I won?t be returning!!

Unfortunately my recent experience of facial was very bad. A pleasant friendly staff member took me to the new room upstairs, entire time in the room was so cold and miserable it felt like cold treatment rather than a pleasant enjoyable experience. No music no heater. A small hand held heater barely touched my skin.Sorry but this a feedback to say that pls keep the room warm for your customers to have a good experience

I recently had a butterfly haircut and coloring, and I'm thrilled with the results! The stylist named Urumi captured the essence of the butterfly shape beautifully, and the color added a unique and playful touch. The attention to detail and precision in the cut exceeded my expectations. Overall, a delightful experience that left me with a stylish and eye-catching look. Highly recommend!

I went in for eyebrows I asked for light brown they gave me dark brown tinted normally cost me £11 but cost me £14.50 !!!I asked for my fringe to b cut however it ended up looking very uneven n I lost alot of unnecessary hair .I went to get my eyelashes done aswell my eyes normally only burn for bout two days however this time my eyes were leaking and burning for about four days .

If I could give zero stars I would, I?ve been coming to this eyebrow shop ever since either it?s been here or I moved to Bedford 9 years ago and always pay £4.50 on card for my threading and have maybe statements on my banking to prove this. Today I was told if I pay by card then £5 minimum and I asked since when as a general question as I understand charges to the company but then I was told it?s always been this way and I have never paid £4.50 by card. If I wanted to go and get the cash out I would have to leave something bailable there even though my husband and children were waiting outside. I did pay the £5 and when my statements loaded outside I showed them I always pay £4.50 atleast 7x previous every month to which they replied with h must be someone new ???im not upset about 50p I would happily pay it but I was made out by 3 members of staff I was a liar. Watch what they charge you as in there I normally just pay contactless and my loyalty isn?t there anymore as it?s clear how they treat their customers. On that note can anyone recommend a place for eyebrows where you aren?t made out to be a liar infront of a full shop would be much appreciatedService: Eyebrow shaping
