Very professional from the advice and selling to the fitting and after sales. They reordered both pieces of vinyl as there was a small fault in one piece and came back to refit including moving appliances all free of charge! They really do want the customer to be happy. Yes it looks like wood but it really is vinyl! Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

We had new carpet for three bedrooms, the landing and stairs and I cannot praise the business enough. From my first visit to the shop everything was made easy for me. The fitter, Dan, was superb. We are still in awe of how he worked in a small bedroom with an office desk still in the room and how he managed to move our heavy bed and mattress all on his own. He was punctual and a very tidy worker. He even vacuumed the carpets before he left. John, Jack and Thomas are great and so helpful. Also utterly reliable. It goes without saying that we have no hesitation in recommending them. The cost was not unreasonable, the service was excellent and the carpet looks lovely. I shall be returning to them for some rugs as they have an excellent selection on offer at very reasonable prices. I am a great supporter of family businesses as I like the personal service. John, Thomas, Jack and Dan prove that excellent service can come at a competitive price. Thank you all so much.

We just moved into the area and found this local family run carpeting and flooring business. First and foremost, we visited many flooring specialists and this was by far the most welcoming and the level of professionalism and expertise was immediately apparent. We worked through what we needed and it was made easy to eventually come to a decision. A massive thank you to Jack, John and the team who not only worked around our schedule to ensure it was least disruptive but doing an impeccable job in time for us to have a lovely Christmas!

We recently had my mum's flat carpeted by A&A Carpets. First contact was by telephone with John who was extremely helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. A visit to the showroom was equally impressive as the staff were friendly and attentive. The price was competitive. Absolutely brilliant, professional service. I messed them around a bit with dates and not all of my rooms being ready to carpet at the same time. I had the whole house refitted and it looks perfect. So pleased with them. Lovely friendly team that are always happy to help and find exactly what you need. Miles above the big chain carpet companies. Great selection of quality carpets. Nice free parking spot across from the shop so you can go for a browse and chat. I highly recommend A and A carpets. My Mum also used them for carpets and had the same spot on experience with them. Many, many thanks team!

I recently purchased a New Property, which needed new carpets/flooring in, much, of it!! I was rather 'rushed' into exchanging contracts/completion, BEFORE, I really had any carpet 'lined up', but A & A Carpets really went that extra 'mile', in, making sure my 1st choice of carpet, was, both, delivered, and fitted in time before completion!! I think the very BEST thing I can say about this business, is, that, I think their desire to deliver great customer service is the equal of their desire to sell carpets!! Perhaps, 'other' businesses out there can learn a 'lot' from this business!!
